This add-on program is open to Vital students that are working at the intersection of psychedelic therapy and healing, business, policy, or related ancillary fields. For an additional $2,000 (payment plans are available) you join with other mentees, the Vital team, and external subject matter experts over the course of 12 months. If you have a vision to nurture, a roadblock to overcome or simply need extra accountability and resourcing, then this enrichment program could be for you!
The mentorship program utilizes monthly group Zoom sessions where you'll collaborate with peers and industry experts to discuss case studies, best practices, business modeling and creative problem solving. Breakout groups are also used to maximize multi-perspective innovation and enable each mentee to hone their presentation and leadership skills. This is a space for testing ideas, receiving feedback, iterating concepts and converting energy into action.
Peer-based learning is at the heart of this mentorship program, fostering a collaborative environment where you can share experiences, set accountability goals, and accelerate your individual and collective progress. The intimate workshop format ensures personalized attention and meaningful connections with both peers and mentors.
You’ll also receive three one-on-one sessions with a core Vital team member at key stages of your journey—beginning, middle, and end—to fine-tune your goals and decision-making processes.
Additionally, you'll gain access to external experts who will present cutting-edge work, providing fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to enhance your approach. This high-touch ongoing support enables regular feedback and quality improvement so that by the end of the program you will have built an impressive portfolio of unique creative materials and planning documents that enables you to move into the next stage of your professional mission.
Mentees also have access to a private WhatsApp group and will be able to enroll in any of the Summer elective courses, both live and recorded without paying the additional $99 for each extra elective.
